Refund Policy

Every SimpleBU product has a free 30-day trial so you can try it before buying. If you buy and it isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase.

30-day refund

Ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full price paid, with no questions needed. Email info@kuryenterprises.com with the email address you used to buy.

How it works

• Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
• Your license key stops being valid for new backups after a refund. Your existing backups and restores are never affected.
• Bundle refunds cover the whole bundle.

After 30 days

If something is wrong with the Software and we can't fix it, contact us and we'll work it out fairly.

Orders are handled by our payment partner, who is the seller of record. Refunds are issued through them.
